Diego Perdomo Ferrer, CPA. Diego has a B.S.E in finance and accounting from The Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1984, he became a CPA, passing the test with the highest score in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and joined Diego Perdomo & Company where he was the co-managing partner in charge of audit and consulting until December 1997. He founded Perdomo Ferrer & Company PSC in July 1998.

Information Systems
Luis F. Arabía Umpierre - Luis obtained a B.B.A. in accounting from Interamerican University in 1971. In 1973 he founded Puerto Rico Computer Services, which offers a complete range of computer software and hardware solutions. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider. Luis has been a guest speaker on information systems and insurance issues for the Mortgage Loan Association, Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Puerto Rican American Insurance Company.
